Refund and Exchange Policy

Hassle Free, Easy Returns

We want you to luff everything from Snoweys. So, if you find a full priced item isn't fitting right, we are more than happy to offer an exchange, or refund to the value of your order so long as they meet the policy requirements below.

Please return your products to us in the condition in which they arrived; this means unworn, unwashed and free from doggo glitter (fur or dander) on both sides of the garment.  Must be in new condition with tags attached and returned with original packaging.

Exchange is free on your 1st order if the size does not fit*! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.

*Free exchange only applies to dog harnesses and dog shoes.

Return Conditions and Requirements:

·         Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item(s).  To request a return please contact our customer service team at woof@snoweys.com

·         All items must be in the condition that they arrived in. All items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and returned with original packaging.

·         Full priced items only (we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale or discounted promotional items).

Note:  We do not accept returns for change of mind.

How to Return:

·         Ensure your items meet the above return conditions. Email us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) at woof@snoweys.com with your invoice # number and your exchange or refund request.

·         Send us your tracking number so we can reserve your requested items (subject to availability and the condition of your items upon their return to Snoweys.) Hold onto your receipt for the shipping charge so we can reimburse you if deemed appropriate.  We recommend using a registered post service as Snoweys cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned.

·         Once the items have been received by us, we'll inspect them to make sure they are in the original condition. You will receive an email regarding the approval for your refund or exchange request. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed.

Note: Snoweys cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return items and keeping a record of the tracking details.

What if my exchange is of greater/lesser value than my returned item(s)?

If your exchange is of greater value than your returned item(s), you'll be required to pay the balance of your order before we dispatch your items. If your exchange is of lesser value than your returned item(s), we’ll refund you the difference via your original payment method. 

If your replacement style is out of stock, we’ll issue you an online credit to find something else from the collection you luff.

What if I’m returning an item because it’s faulty? 

Eek, we're sorry. While we pride ourselves on quality control for each garment, we are just hoomans who sometimes make mistakes. Email us immediately at woof@snoweys.com with a description and picture of the fault, and we will work with you to find a pawfect solution.

All sale items are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What if I receive a faulty item?

Every product we send out is quality controlled, however, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at woof@snoweys.com so we can resolve it for you quickly.

Snoweys will cover the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and if we agree that it is faulty, you will be given an exchange or full refund.
